Typically, the last name (surname) initial is used in the center of the monogram, and we will engrave in the exact order that you provide. You need to type the first initial, last initial and the middle initial. Example: Mary Alice Headley will be MHA.

Each urn is an original since we hand paint, stain, no two signs are exactly the same, but are very similar. Due to the natural character of wood sometimes cracks, knots, chips and imperfections are present. We make no effort to cover these as they enhance the natural beauty of this custom urn.
